Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

I try to get my house in order. Starting the week with no chores to do or errands to run is a great feeling. It allows me to just focus on work, which makes the transition a lot easier to handle.

Yes a clean slate can be the best start, clear space clear mind!
I schedule three hours at the end of my Friday to wrap up anything that needs to be wrapped up. So much of my anxiety on the weekends was because I left so many Friday tasks for Monday and so Monday felt twice as long. Now that I have some administrative time baked into my Friday routine, I no longer have anxiety on Sunday and in fact look forward to a clean Monday slate.

Yeah that’s a good idea, helps yourself out in the long run.
I get them every Sunday too. It helps me fight those feelings by spending the day getting everything ready for the week. I make sure to wash my sheets, meal prep, and handle other tasks. It really puts me more at ease going into Monday.

Yes the little things help a lot don’t it, clean and fresh space is a clear mind.
Found a better job that doesn’t give me the Sunday scaries 😆 but for real, when I had the Sunday scaries I should have invested more time in physical activity and spending the whole weekend without my work phone/laptop, and cleaning my place. I had anxiety on the weekends so much due to work that I’d just sleep all weekend. I should have made my space clean because when you do that, my anxiety is instantly reduced. Do self care, light candles, read a book on Sunday night - anything to help you take care of yourself before we give ourselves to work for the week.

Yes definitely, your job itself can be a main factor but there’s so many thing you can do outside of that can help you out😁
