How do you deal with being in a team with a Senior that barely knows how to write code? They are not doing code reviews, giving you technical experience or even contributing to your career growth. It's the other way around, you're teaching them basics of development that a fresh graduate might even know more about.

Are there any fundamental differences between a salary negotiation during the start (applying for the job) vs. Salary negotiation during a performance review (you’ve been employed for x time and looking for a raise). When FAANG companies are hiring for UX Design positions do they count all of your general design YOE or only the YOE in a UX role ?

Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role. (Plus they reached out to me) AND they will pay me almost double what I’m currently making annually, put me in a position to advance (so many options!!!!!) and allow me to move/travel when I get ready to.
