I’m confused what you need advice about. You found everything you wanted in a new company and role and they pay much more.
I saw in a comment above you don’t want to leave your current company in a bad place. Let go of that thinking. Look out for you. I promise if the tables were turned your current company would look out for themselves.
Thank you for the directness. I needed that. Thank you ❤️
Sounds like you’ve already made up your mind. You gotta do what’s best for you.

Assuming you receive an offer from the dream company, would you be willing to ask your current company to match or at least move closer to the other company’s offer? And do you think they would do that?
Thanks you two! ❤️
What I love about my current company that makes it hard: I love the vibe of my team, they’re so supportive and we work well together. I own the onboarding process and I’m the only one on the team in the NY office. So they will be left high and dry if I leave. I’m so torn.
Thank you kindly for the confidence pep talk bc I surely needed it. Thank you again!
