When FAANG companies are hiring for UX Design positions do they count all of your general design YOE or only the YOE in a UX role ?

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I have 7 years healthcare sales and 1.5 years as a MLO.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.
