If it’s after hours, I just wanna get paid for it if it’s mandatory and it’s gonna be overtime then as long as I’m being paid for it I don’t mind.
Absolutely not - the standard 40 hours a week if enough for me!
Yes, but if they’re paying you overtime for it, I mean, that’s the only way I’m doing it. If not, I wanna go home too. I completely agree with you, but overtime is overtime..
Unless there's a huge disconnect as big as the grand canyon between front and back office then I feel it's a waste of time, they can do trust falls with each other at the office when they don't have patients. Team bonding events after hours does not sound like a good time for anyone when they're already around each other at least 40 hours a week and they have better things to do on their own time like spending time with their own families, errands, catching up on sleep etc etc.

How can they make it mandatory after hours?
We don't do team bonding. Which is pretty nice.
Heck no. I take my team to lunch every month, during company hours. We take an hour to lower our walls and enjoy each others company and set aside our titles.
Team bonding is important but after hours is not , others have children to pick up , how about morning
No.
