On an average, how much does a sales person in SAAS based company should make in a year considering he/she has 8 years of experience?

VC / PE / MMB comp and trajectory comparisons? Is it better to stay in MMB until later in your career then switch to PE/VC or better to make the move earlier.

Is it a big deal if a partner questions how much time you spent on something? Can’t they just write off time that seems excessive, or am I missing something? HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time?
