How do you handle it when you feel like your time is being wasted at work? Do you address it directly, or find subtle ways to steer things back on track? I’ve been stuck in endless calls that could’ve been emails or brainstorming sessions that go in circles without clear outcomes. It’s draining, and I can’t help but feel like my time isn’t being respected.

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?
