Not receiving calls for SM or AC even profile is good and have posted in LinkedIn, Naukri, Glasdoor. Known circles are stating that Service based companies in india won't pay more than 30LPA for SM / AC profiles as a reason for not getting calls. Is it true? Any inputs please ?

I had a phone interview with a big company last Wednesday.
The recruiter said that the director had reviewed my resume and was interested but wanted him to screen me.
He said “the job is yours” because I had “everything they were looking for” salary was within their range ETC…
He said someone will follow up with the next steps(video interview) Tomorrow will be a week and I haven’t heard anything not even a response to my thank you email .. I don’t know what to think 😫

I asked for feedback with one of my senior who was actively involved in the project which me and my teammate were doing, and he denied. I just asked him to share a general feedback since my tenure for that project was over and i was moved to another team and he refused. He is 14 Years experienced. How are such people man. So disappointed! When we work together they show how nice they are and once you leave the team they start showing their true colors.
