Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

Model open communication, integrity, compassion and transparency and reward it. Allow the fear based behavior to dwindle on its own.

For me…I do not like a mgr who can’t face a conflict/problem head on. In this case, and I’m not a mgr, I would want someone to gently bring up the dynamics of the team that they’ve observed… lack of trust. And then a reminder that a solid team is based on trust in your teammates. Simple and concise.
If you’ve never been on a great team, you don’t know what you don’t know…you have no model to use as a reference. If you’ve been on a great team, you definitely know when you’re not in one. You can feel it in your bones. When I worked at the schools as a clinical social worker, I was on 5 teams. I serviced 5 elementary schools for most of my career. One of the schools had an awesome team. Everybody was invested in the students and in each other. Everyone geld. The other four had a mix of good to okay. You know the difference.
I think more often than not ppl need reminders, nota lecture- I know team building is hard, esp when the communication hasn’t always been straightforward. How can we get back on track? What can I do to help the process? Maybe take a temp of each team member? Then introduce a simple list of norms to remind ppl of. Like…turn taking, no bad question, all ideas are valued, conflicts are dealt with things like that. Ask for ideas.
I don’t know if that makes sense but that’s what I was thinking, and I’m not in corporate world (not sure if that’s good or bad) lol

I find this tricky too! I find a group lunch or social event at least helps to destroy the bad energy in a team
I would have a team meeting and address the elephant in the room. I think sometimes being direct is the best approach in those types of situations.
