How do you stop your boss from invading your personal life via text? Does anyone else work at a place where urgent emails are sent at 11 PM on a Friday for things that don't matter until Tuesday? My boss has zero concept of time management and expects everyone to be on call 24/7 without the actual pay for it. If I don't respond within twenty minutes, I get a follow-up text on my personal phone asking if I’m missing something.
