I was wanting to know if it’s possible to start a career as a Project Manager in the marketing/advertisement world? I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. I’m not looking for any kind of mid-level position. Simply trying to get my foot in the door as a PM for the marketing industry and wanting to know if that’s a realistic goal.

Needing advice on how to split job roles . Is it possible to run an efficient business with the person over operations helping with marketing and vice versa? Or is it better to keep job titles and roles strictly the responsibility of each other? Asking from a 3 person start up.
