How important are the background colors and design when it comes to setting up an online portfolio? Should I use a colorful background, and add shapes? Maybe use a light-colored background? Or should I just have a plain background and let the whitespace do its thing?

Has anyone found groups in FDD that have better hours than others? If so, what group, how did you do it, and how do you stay? I’ve heard that there are groups that do IPOs in FDD that work less, although I’ve never seen an IPO group.
