How is 'Intel' in the current scenario. I have an offer. And in dilemma if it will be the right decision to join the company. Reading lots of news and rumours about the company might get acquired, frequent layoffs, profitability going down. Got only 25% over my current salary and LTCC is the only component which will make any difference.

For which role are you joining bro. I got call from intel Banglore hr for automation openings. Can you tell me how was your interview experience.
Interviews will be specific to your role and the team you are getting interviewed for. There is no standard process. I had 2 tech rounds for my skillset and I am not into development or testing.
What’s your domain? YOE? Which org/team you are joining?
We have a new CEO, outlook seems to be better but workforce deduction is expected in upcoming months. Depending on the team or org you would join, i can say how likely it is safe or not.
DM'ing you.
With the new ceo there is a layoff scene and that too 15000-20000 employees..i m not telling lie bro..new ceo in first meeting told that he is going to take tough decision..he is the same person who had an argument with previous ceo becoz he suggested to fire 35 percent employee which the previous ceo didn't agreed...and now he has joined...reat i leave upto u...for now better avoid...if u can take stress and confident enugh to crack another if u get impacted then u can try...
Apb we received Percent and qpb 0 from last one year as company is not doing good
Better to avoid Intel as of now until the new CEO reshapes the company. Though most of Intel employees agree that the new CEO will be a good decision maker.
