5th year. Taught HS first, before transitioning to MS. I can't imagine myself leaving this age group! I love the growth and development that happens in 7th grade. I love how they welcome challenges and can have rich and deep conversations.

20 years. Now teaching Science, but taught both Science and Math for many years. I love this age group. They aren't as "needy" as the younger ones, but haven't yet developed the "I know everything, and all adults are idiots" attitude yet. (Well, most of them that is). 😂

Life-long students, to install in them that enthusiasm for learning that seems to fall by the wayside between childhood and adulthood. Whether it is the influence of social media or on-line video games, something has to be done now or all is lost in our retired years ...

My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.
Is it a good offer?
Also it's written in offer that need to travel to US.

How do you deal with a challenger type of personality? I’m fairly new and I know the senior is trying to teach me the thought process.
