5th year. Taught HS first, before transitioning to MS. I can't imagine myself leaving this age group! I love the growth and development that happens in 7th grade. I love how they welcome challenges and can have rich and deep conversations.

20 years. Now teaching Science, but taught both Science and Math for many years. I love this age group. They aren't as "needy" as the younger ones, but haven't yet developed the "I know everything, and all adults are idiots" attitude yet. (Well, most of them that is). 😂

Life-long students, to install in them that enthusiasm for learning that seems to fall by the wayside between childhood and adulthood. Need advice. Very Shy guy and girl, met a while back for a side hustle both like each other a LOT, relationship has progressed in other areas but not in the physical realm, primarily because neither officially asked the other out. Guy is a very rough around edges, asked for a date by saying ‘anytime you need breakfast or lunch, let me know’. I am an independent gal and didn’t like the way it came across. I really want to take this forward but am out of ideas on how to make a date happen.

Asking for wife who's also in banking. If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.
