How many onesies do we actually need?

I’d rather quit than revise this agreement.

First of all, congrats!
Second, it all depends on your kid! My first kid pooped and spit up through outfits like it was her job, we could go through 5 outfits a day - second kid, 1 outfit sufficed for a whole day.
Oh, and you will need more onesies than you think if you plan on sending your kid to daycare.
Prioritize the onesies with zippers. Trying to do snaps on a wriggly newborn with no sleep is a cruel joke. Also, you can start with a few, and then after you bring baby home and know what size he/she is, you can always order them off Amazon!
Onesies with zippers infinitely better when you're up in the middle of the night! Also recommend not buying 0-3 months because they grow too fast. Start with 3 months. I recommend to estimate for 3 onesies a day, and don't feel the need to buy 100% of that amount, you'll likely get a bunch of them as presents!
Hi, first child soon 🙈 I’ve been given so many clothes but I’m trying to keep myself organized.
Is it 1 or 2 a day (vomit?) or 3 a day (are onesies used for sleeping too? Are they considered PJs?) or 4 a day (extra for the night in case?). We have a washer dryer and I suppose I will do 2 washes a week. Thank you!
Best gift I got: zippered onesies. Middle of the night, dealing with 12 snaps. No thanks. I think they are called sleep n’ play. You will go through 4-5 per day in the newborn/early stages. Have a lot on hand, as well as a lot of burp cloths. Haha 2 washes per week. You’ll be doing 2 loads per DAY. Sorry! It’s a lot. So many bodily fluids happening. 😄
2 a day for a week, if you do laundry weekly. So 14. I felt like I over spent on clothes for my first child. I recommend be as minimalist as possible with everything. You can always just wash them when you run out. Save your coins.
I’ve never identified with a post more in my life.
I had 2-3 a day as they were the easiest to out on my large headed son. He was in it for every occasion for his first 6 mo BC I was to exhausted to care about fashion. As long as he was clean and happy 🤷♀️
Also look at onesies on Uniqlo. They’re really good quality and good snap engineering.
Depends how often you want to do laundry :)
You will be drowning in onesies and then one day you won’t have any clothes for your 9 month old. If you have a baby registry ask for multiple sizes.
I hate laundry so we probably had a little too many. About 10-15 onesies and 6-8 sleepers. I wouldn’t overbuy they newborn size as some kiddos skip that size entirely. We only had a few NB size and ended up needing a few more but that’s what Amazon is for.
