Hello fishes! Can someone help me with the hiring process in Nike Netherlands? I have an interview coming up and I want to know the best way to prepare for it. Apparently there is going to be a case study and some behavioural questions. Anyone can help with me what to expect in the case study and the behavioural questions? Nike Nike, Inc.

I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Honestly, I've never given any thought to whether someone was a big law attorney or not. Our blackness can relate to each other whether working at Skadden or a public defender
It doesn't really bother me that not everyone in here is technically in "big law." Honestly, I like the diversity and what everyone individually brings to the table. I say leave things as they are.
I think there will probably still be a lot of crossover in discussion topics, so might as well keep it more inclusive for now.
There are so few of us I think it's fine if we're all in here together. As ED1 said, some people leave and come back, and as long as everyone feels like they have space to interact in here I think it's great.
I think this bowl should be open to all black lawyers. Kinda crazy to segregate those in big law from other sectors. It feels a bit classist. There are only 5% of us in this field so surely most of our experiences will overlap.
Leave it. Some folks start off in big law and exit into smaller firms, leave the practice of law (like banking, consulting & in house in non legal) or some who start off in a smaller firm and move into big law. Like someone says, there are cross overs and it provides alternative perspectives.
