Anyone working as Patient Recruitment Assistant?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I try not to do more than two. If they aren't getting closer to my target salary after two, it's probably not going to happen.

I've only done one round. I don't think I would let it go past 1 unless we are trying to figure details out. 2 would be max. Anything more than that I feel like would just get chaotic
1-2 was my usual number of rounds. Now that I’m going for more high-level roles, it’s more like 2-4.
I don't really think of it as rounds. There's just back and forth. They give a number, I give a number, they respond. When I've wanted the job I haven't pushed it much beyond that. Companies will rescind offers if they sense someone is being unserious at that point.
