Hi guys. Have anybody appeared for any data engineering interview recently. I am currently 2.5 yrs experience and JD requires 3 yrs experience. I have passed my first round and next is coding round. What kind of coding questions I will be getting.
Note : my first interview as a data engineer. Quite nervous.

I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!

I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.

I have never received a grade increase for the time that I was there, yet all of my reviews have been favorable down to me being able to receive monetary bonuses. Just recently I asked my supervisor why I haven’t I received a grade increase, she said my title doesn’t call for one. Any suggestions on how I should handle this matter? Thanks.
