I saw an interview with a recruiter who suggested applying if you meet most of the qualifications for a job. What he was saying makes a lot of sense, especially when you look at some job postings. It's like companies copy and paste qualifications and there's no person walking the earth who would comprise them all.
Not that much. The key to resume building is using long and fancy words and using phrases that will bypass all the AI racism 👍🏼 good luck maam
Just apply. It's better to try your luck than feel you're holding yourself back. Worst case scenario, your potential employer says no. Best case scenario, you land the job. I find that the lists of requirements or qualifications are only wishlists that the company wants for the position. If you meet even 75%, you most likely will be more than qualified for the position.
Apply. You never know.
Yes, they’re more likely to give interviews to those who meet all requirements, but it doesn’t mean you 100% won’t get a chance to interview.
I was in the same situation, the insights here are assuring, thanks, going on an application streak now, no holding back
