How much HCL takes to share offer letter or the salary break up? My application status over HCL portal is showing as “Offer approved” and I see bgc also initiated. One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

Can anyone help me how much time this takes ? Most of the times no HR is replying to my mails and calls not answering
