Not a fan of taking a lower paying offer but, Linked in is lot more compelling here.
I think they are quite different paths, are you in a Techincal / Sales consultant role at LinkedIn? I would prioritise for future goals and the type of day to day work.
That said, I currently work at LinkedIn and it's hard to put a value on the culture / wlb element of the job. We got a full paid week off / shutdown in April to help alleviate the pressure of c19. People have been stupidly friendly and welcoming.
Business is also undergoing a big change in our GTM so exciting times!

Interesting. I expected that you would sell primarily through agencies and have a few large customers where you’d own the relationship. Are the product/technical specialists classic pre-sales roles?

I would look at what your potential growth trajectory will be.
I work in our healthcare practice and Health Tech will be a MAJOR source of growth in the future. LinkedIn essentially has already had its heyday and it won’t offer the future niche expertise that Health Tech will.
If you work at this health tech company, then you can then join a top startup in this area down the line and an IPO in that space could make you major $$$.
Think about future opportunities, not brand name.

Tech company because your client facing role with LinkedIn is probably customer success....which is fine but better exp and money in anything strategy.
Not quite a CSM but close! I already have marketing strategy experience, so interested in trying something else.
I would totally take the LinkedIn offer unless you really want healthcare industry long term
I’ve heard LinkedIn offers the best benefits out of big tech. Can’t confirm though. I think I read somewhere like 100% 401k match
I’d take those benefits for 100k salary fr

Didn’t expect this many responses for the lower comp option. Thanks all
