That’s really not bad

Does that include before/after care? I don’t remember the exact rates but my son starts in September and adding that time bumped up the price quite a bit.

That’s awesome.
Though depends on factors like quality of center, location (L/HCOL), age of kid, etc.
Im in Denver, at a place that I would consider top quartile of centers, for pre-k, and it’s $275/wk.

Ours was $1500/month for 5 days (preschool, not in-home). This was 6 years ago. That looks like a good price.

$1k/month 8-3:30pm HCOL

Ours is 425 a month for 3 days just outside of DC

900/mo for 3 days a week

That’s great price. We have $812 going to $890 for 5 half days (8-12).

Wow. Mine was 3200 a month, suburbs of Boston. That sounds amazing

Mind sharing which town and school?

$1600/ month, full week upto 3pm Boston suburbs

Anyone know a Connecticut or 2nd circuit case for this rule? I can’t find one to save my life. A defendant generally is liable for all harmful results that are the normal incidents of and within the increased risk caused by their negligent acts. If a defendant's negligence was a substantial factor in producing the plaintiff's injuries, the element of proximate cause has been satisfied and the defendant would not be relieved from liability for those injuries even though another force concurred..

I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

I give my cell phone to all clients routinely. However, there are always 1 to 2 clients who abuse this and it seems as soon as their cases are over I find a new one and it is making me rethink. I hate to do this because 98% do not abuse it and I like being connected to my people. Thoughts??
