Company culture is OK, but mostly depending on projects.

Most projects require you to work overtime. It's chaotic, and VPs admire that culture.

The company isn't doing well, so no to very minimum hike is announced. This is a repeat culture in Sapient.

Promotions will happen after 3-4 years of svc, not based on performance but whether your client is in agreement to pay for your higher role.

Better to stay off this company.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?

Hi All,

I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal.
