What stocks do you look at to swing trade?

Thinking about buying first home. ~$600k. How was your VA home loan experience? In a competitive market, was it a weakness? Is it an issue with lenders? Do I need a RE agent well versed with them? THX

Any idea what will happen to the classic car market as a result of the war in the Ukraine? Are prices going to come down or will classic cars be considered “safe” investments during this time of crisis?

Obviously all speculation, just curious what others are anticipating or have experienced.

(I am fully aware that this is not the most pressing issue, so don’t jump on me for posing the question.)

Laughable that banks and traditional 401k give you less than 5

My company uses ADP for retirement. It has a contribution allocation for just 401k and roth 401k. If I wanted to contribute to a traditional IRA does it need to be through ADP and if so how is that done?

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

only buy VIX if you think the market plumbing systems are clogged.
