How much weight does senior vs regular consultant/associate title hold when looking for new a new job?

Hopefully on track for a promotion to senior consultant/associate later this year, but am feeling generally less optimistic about my career progression at my current firm due to some org changes.

Does it make sense to hold out until I hopefully make senior or should I be able to find a senior consultant level role provided I can speak to my experience?

Has anyone heard of a former lawyer being hired and successful in a sales role such a as pharmacy sales?

Are there any pharmacists here who transitioned out of retail?

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!
