I have same question how to search for visa sponsorship jobs in Singapore/ Australia etc.
So most of the people who have found jobs abroad are basically through internal company transfer. I'll speak about Oracle since I work here and see people go abroad with permanent relocation or temporary onsite.
Usually if there's a job opening within your company then you can apply internally and if you're fulfilling the requirements of the JD, you'll be asked to relocate permanently abroad or on contract until they test your abilities.
I knew a girl in my linkedin connections who used to work in Capgemini India (Mumbai office). She took an internal transfer to Singapore and worked with Capgemini Singapore for 2 years as a contract employee and then she was offered a permanent role with Capgemini Singapore on which she worked for another 3 years. After a total experience on 5 years with Capgemini Singapore she applied to another consulting company in Singapore and switched her job after building a strong network of connections. Worked at the new company for 1 year she again switched to a Big4 in Singapore. Now she has 8+ years of experience in Singapore and companies will prefer her since her experience of working in Singapore with multiple global brands.
Similarly a colleague of mine working for a Middle Eastern customer built a great rapport with the customer during a tenure of 6 months. The customer became so fond on him that he was hired by the customer and relocated to Dubai on a permanent position.
So you see, for getting a job abroad you need to build a good network of connections, build trust and showcase your track record. No one will offer you a job merely applying from job portals because they don't know you and cannot trust an unknown person from another country unless they've worked with you previously or known your work or heard about you from trusted sources.
I'd also like to add, if you're young (<35 Age) then you can prefer to go for higher studies abroad especially countries like Australia and then get a job there after your masters (MS/MBA). This is a good way to move abroad and get a job.
People who have already gone through this path please help
