MAJOR kudos to you though OP for asking.
You’re already 1000% better than 98% of clients I’ve had the misfortune of working with.
Request stuff on time. Make good briefs. Be available. Give productive feedback.
Sounds simple, but hearing a “thank you for all the hard work” goes a long way
Be understanding and don’t request everything to be turned around ASAP, show that you care about thr hard work they’re doing
I would add be decisive. Explore your options and then make a decision. Then own that once you do.
Be open to alternative ways of answering your problems. It’s totally fair to have a route you’d like explored. But give the agency room to solve things too.
Trust your agency- once they’ve demonstrated that they deserve it.
Be a human being. Don’t treat people like a “vendor” or call us that.
Give context on decisions or last minute changes.
We understand if your boss (or bosses boss) makes a ridiculous request. Let us know you understand it too before we all help get it done.
If you make a mistake, change your mind, or need to give alt direction just say so. Be honest. Well try to help/work with you. But own up to it.
