How to cancel offer acceptance after I accepted it?

Anybody use Axial marketplace? Thoughts on quality from buy side? Any other alternative marketplaces you look to?

Any advice on how to leverage current interviews for more? I’m deep into a process at one firm but would like a couple more irons in the fire.

For context I’m mid-level, coming from consulting, and current process was reactive to an agency. Haven’t done any other leg work.
