This is just buzz words. Accenture always lays off 5-10% of employees at the end of every fiscal year due to “performance”. Which is really them saying hi u have a low utilization rate so we gotta PIP u or lay u off. That plus if ur not on a project for a long time they can lay u off throughout the year. They also been tryna to lean out as much corporate functions roles as much as possible. They probably just saying stuff to excuse the rolling layoffs they about to pull and have been pulling since 2023 when they laid off a lot of employees. In other words no they really have a way to see if someone is AI untrainable lol. They just gonna see if u bring them money and if u not let u go with the same processes they’ve been using but now they will use new buzz words.
