How would you advise a friend in this situation? They've been offered a job at the advertised salary, with no room for negotiation. They are getting it partly because they are multilingual, but their duties will be much broader than advertised, as they are now expected to do the work in multiple languages.

I know the agency is saving 2-3 positions' worth of salaries by hiring them, as they'd otherwise need multiple staff. However, the applicant really needs a job.
