Yes! Husband and I Doordarsh on the weekends. We both work full time with over time.
I have. I work for Instacart. I get people's groceries from the store, deliver them, and on a good day I can make up to $200. I have even thought of quitting my job in order to focus on this, but at the end of the day side gigs don't really give you any stability.
Uber driver here! I enjoy it occasionally, but I get discouraged when I think about the reality of life forcing me to work extra hours, even on the weekends. I am thankful for what I have and am currently pushing through.
I have not taken up any side gigs, but it's crossed my mind a couple times. I'm trying to decide what I value more: my income or my free time. I just don't want to end up burning out and my overall performance decreasing.
I started buying and selling vintage jewelry. I love it, it feels more like a hobby than a job. I'm hoping I can grow that income and cut down on the hours at work.
I did for a long time, but I eventually found a job that covers my whole cost of living and I am way happier for it. People shouldn't have to work extra to get by :/
