I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

And doesn’t really let me do anything even things that I’ve done as a first year or were responsible for in my previous deals. It was very shocking to me and I tried to be helpful but I feel like I was just being blocked off. I spoke with the partner in a way that was framed as id really like to get more substantive experience as I am going to be mid and Im sort of having trouble getting that. Partner said he’d make an effort to divide the tasks or ask specifically for me to do certain things. He started doing that and it seemed so much better except then the lateral seemed to start getting annoyed??? And then would make lots of comments/notes that were condescending and unhelpful and when I didn’t understand something and ask him he’d refuse to answer and say like “I don’t want to spend going through this” even though it may take like 5 min. When the partner said that we both should call client, he’d tell me that he will just call after the fact. So now I’m just like whatever I’ll stop trying and it’s not like we need to work together forever although could be like a few months. But when the partner asks me has things improved or if I’m getting the experience, what should I say? Like stay positive - it’s all good??? Or say something? What would you do? It’s been sort of frustrating and a bit sad for me.
Also, sounds like the partner could be your ally and that’s awesome. Leverage it. And don’t be afraid to tell them how much you’ve enjoyed and learned working with them.
