Started software development apprenticeship around a month ago, for the first few weeks my manager (unaware of the adhd) basically had me sit down and watch videos what he believes are relevant subjects (all during office hours 9-5). I'd basically got to the point where I would get home after the day and have no memory of anything that had happened. I finally got given a real project last week and have learned so much from the practical element of it, he now wants me watching more videos.

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I’m being offered a role as systems engineer (feels more like a sales engineer) in the energy industry.
Frequent travels required through Europe 6 months out of the year. Responsible for tech consultation with customers on pre-sales, system integration post-sale + training customers on product /fixing problems on their site.

The interviewer said to me to add 30% on my current salary and ask for that. Now I’m asking for £97k. Reasonable?

Hi, everyone! I’ve been licensed since Feb 2020. My first job was with the State & I stayed there like 1.5 years before leaving (I gained many skills). I know my biggest mistake was leaving without having something lined up. So BASICALLY I’ve been unemployed since Jan 2021. I was employed by two firms but it didn’t work. I guess I didn’t meet their “expectations”—they expected me to learn everything within a week. ATP, I’m just getting VERY discouraged. Having interviews with no response etc.
