How's the work life balance at PepsiCo, data science team?

Have got an offer from Maersk. I'm really interested to join. But on seeing the recession scenario and some companies withdrawing offers, I'm really afraid whether Maersk will also follow suit.
1.)Will they honour the offer letters once given.?
2.) How is the company for job security in general.
3.) How is it currently given the recession scenario?

Is a 900k net worth for a single person at almost 40 good or terrible? I see posts from our US counterparts on net worth and salary and feel so behind yet we have such a high COL in Toronto.

Anyone have insight how long it will take after a panel interview to get word on whether the position is going to be offered or not? Recommendations on follow ups with HR to find out status?
