900k is extremely good at 40 considering what you pay for in taxes and housing. You’ve got decades to go to accumulate even more.
Yes includes investment properties but not primary residence.
The fact that you own multiple properties in Canada alone puts you ahead of majority of millenniums and essentially all gen z'ers who will never get a chance to own even one property, let alone multiple.
Go to sleep happily at night knowing you're light years ahead of future generations who will be pretty screwed by the time they reach 40 unless they leave Canada.

You are doing better than me and I am in early 40s and married. Canadian salaries are far less compared to US and we pay higher taxes and if you live in the big cities the COL is high too.
