Hr is planning to put under PIP plan for 30 days because of not completing a task on the same day (It requires time to complete) and went on leave… give me some valuable suggestion on my next move at LTIMindtree

Sometime it happen we not able to do task as we are new to tech stack and joined new here and I understand that and so don't get panic and shy on it...

Be positive.. Explain the situation to HR rather taking PIP directly if it's skill mismatch.

They have to agree on it.

They force people to join the project then putting in PIP is not right.

Because u don't have experience and u need time to excel and do... If they not ready to give then u should explain boss this my resume I hired on it why u putting people in wrong project by saying u try.

Then now PIP u offered not fair.

I must say fight and don't take PIP.

Still they don't agree then say it's not my skill simple.

Don't take PIP any cost.

Try outside this company not good

So what's the update bro..

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?
