Hi Team, I got an offer from Big4 and accepted it as I had respond to offer in a week. By today I finished my interview with one of FAANG and got offer as well. FAANG benefits and compensation is lot better than Big4. Big4: Base 135K Base + 5 K joining bonus FAANG 175K Base + 160K in Equity Question is, will it be ok to accept FAANG offer as I did not joined the Big4.
