Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

We have also faced the same issue from last 2 weeks. This is because of return to office plus even if 2bhk is available they will say it is not available to create a fake inflation and then they will suddenly show you a 2bhk at an unreasonable price. They will then panic you saying this house will also go by evening if you don't book now. It's all scam going on here. House hunting situation is pathetic here. Brokers are convincing owners to demand some bullshit rent. They want to create Bangalore and Mumbai like situation here. Brokers are playing their own game stating their identity as property consultants

This is true. I just moved from Bangalore and currently searching a 2 bhk. The rent in gated society is higher than bangalore which was a shocker to me.
Only 3 bhk are generally available with rent averaging 65-75k
People prefer 3BHK to buy but while searching for rented accommodation, 2BHK is preferred.
This is the reason most builders make maximum 3BHK flats and thus scarcity of 2BHK units for rent.
In hyderabad flats rent are highly inflated I am also searching for 2 or 3 bhk but for 2bhk minimum price quoted Is 30k plus maintanence and for 3 bhk 40k plus maintanence.
