Any IDOs you know of or how would you stay informed on airdrops for good projects? Looking at something like Klima that airdropped 100 coins to holders of $1000 NFTs on its launch. Those coins are worth $200,000 now. 200x return in a month. Do you basically need to poke around discords and get lucky?

I agree with everything C1 said. I’m not a former Deloitte employee but I have gotten outside offers without any issues. There’s no need to say you are project delivery or explain what project delivery even is (if you try you will likely sound like you are saying you are a sub contractor of Deloitte which you are not even though it often feels that way). I also have many former coworkers thriving in other top consulting firms (in their “traditional”-like roles) because they couldn’t find the support to move within Deloitte. PDM is more of a hindrance within Deloitte than outside of Deloitte. (Coming from someone that recently transferred out of PDM).
Really D2? That is interesting.

Not if you don’t explain it. I’ve found that most people see “Deloitte” and that’s good enough. I personally never went into the details of the career models. Internally, however, yes, it greatly impacted (and held me back) from moving around and finding support.
