I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different. But I miss doing graphic design and creative work. Any advice with getting back into the field after being out of the game for 6 months?

A year ago, I got promoted to Art Director, and since our team is pretty small, I’m still very hands-on in terms of designing. I’m currently responsible for creating online advertising, branding and everything that goes into our social media channels (design, not content). I want to ask others Art Directors here, what responsibilities you have. What your day-to-day looks like? I’m still doing everything that I used to do when I was a Lead Designer. Am I missing something?
