I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi Fishes, I have offer from Optum , Larsen & Toubro Infotech and Luxoft .. almost same CTC. Luxoft joining is 25th (day after tomorrow), LTI and Optum are on 26th Wednesday. But I am waiting for Optum revised offer for the 26th.. Need suggestion to choose .. LTI progress is in onboarding state.. but my interest is more towards optum ..
Need help here ..

YOE: 5 years
Tech stack: .NET backend and sql server
Language I'm comfortable with: C#
Facebook (Meta) Apple Amazon Netflix Google Uber Airbnb Atlassian Walmart

That’s a great question, I think it depends a lot on function, what type of biotech you join (life sciences, med tech, pharma, sequencing, AI, insurance PBM, etc) and the location (Boston, NYC, CA probs pay the most).
I’ve got 5 YOE, currently at sr. Analyst, and my expectations within the next 5 years are to make it to director and clear at least 200k salary if not 250k w another 100-200k of team/company incentives. I think that’s pretty lofty for the timeline, but I’ve seen it be done for elite talent at top tier firms. I would imagine associate director would probably be 10-20% below that salary and maybe 30-50% less on incentives.
Final level of dynamics would be team/ function. I get paid more as a health policy market access analyst than some operations directors I know at other biotechs. It’s a wide range but hope that helps give some direction. Glassdoor is a god send

Really? I searched and found various ranges 170-200k. Do you think 200 K is realistic?
