I got an offer for Head of Strategy and Ops at a small, not well known tech firm that just raised a funding round. Offer is for 190k + 20% bonus + 100k in equity over 4 years. Salary is basically what I make now, but total comp will be comparable or better than what I make currently. WLB will also be better. Leaning heavily towards taking it - any reason I shouldn't?

I received an offer letter from Workday for a role I didn’t apply for. I interviewed and they said I still qualify for the SMB role, but they liked me so much they wanted to offer me a mid-enterprise role. I obviously jumped at the opportunity!
