So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.

I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different.
