I absolutely love what I do, but I'm really struggling with how low the compensation is compared to how stressful the job actually is. My work is incredibly heavy emotionally, and it feels like the pay just doesn’t reflect that at all. Does anyone else feel like they’re being underpaid for the amount of mental exhaustion they carry home every day? Or is this just the norm for the industry?
