What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

So I would use your offer from the hospital to leverage a higher salary. I actually am pretty much the lead compounding pharmacist at my site and I had to re-read my job description that I signed upon onboarding and noted the things that were missing in my job description that I was doing as well.
I completely agree and having the MTM being thrown on you on top of compounding is a lot.
What is your current offer and what is the offer the hospital gave you?
It’s in South Carolina. It’s considered urban and i would say cost of living is on the lower end compared to a lot of other areas of the country. My current place of work and the hospital are in the same town though so there wouldn’t be a change in cost of living.
If you're looking to advance your career, take the hospital job. Generally, and I emphasize generally, hospitals also offer much better differentials after 40 hours so you'll be making more for your extra time. Additionally, the knowledge obtained at a hospital will set you up for much more better jobs if you want to change industries within pharmacy. My advice is give up compounding/brick and mortar/retail - they are dying businesses.
