But I wanted to try for low salary. 11.2 Yrs total YOE with 10.2 LPA CTC..in hand is way less than this. VP gets also cut. How should I proceed? I am a married & single breadwinner of the family. Had multiple critical health dependencies of parents. Have any of you managed to do a salary increase... Please guide!!
