I am currently working in my 5th organization. I do pf transfer when I join new organisation... My pf transfer was successful when I did transfer it from my 1st company to second company with proper withdraw and credit records.... But from 2nd to 3rd transfer was not successful, it only transferred interest accured, it only shows withdrawn record no credit records is seen. What should I do here.

How challenging is it to get admitted to American MBA programs? Does RB have recognition in the region? Is it more challenging to get admitted compared to consultants at American T2 firms like Kearney or OW?

Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

AT&T: HBO-MAX is probably top 3 stream platforms along with netflix and disney plus. Despite this AT&T trades at a super low multiple. Is this the next glow-up a la Disney this past month? I think so. They've already got an extensive library and have consistently over 20 years delivered the best shows on TV, period. I understand that the core AT&T business may seem like a "liability" to the valuation but I still think that their valuation doesn't make sense. What am I missing?

Weekend thought as many of us watch our portfolios bleed away value as the market hit all time highs: stick with it. This is a very difficult time in the market so try to figure out what’s not working and fix it. Stick with your process while trying to improve it. That should you you in the best place to manage risk now and be positioned to capture new opportunities in the coming weeks and months. Discipline, execution, and patience are key sources of alpha. Advice appreciated: I want to sublease my apartment so that I can rent elsewhere and pay less. I had to move in a short amount of time and it was during the period where there was a high demand for housing, & leases everywhere were expensive so I signed what I thought was fairly cheap in comparison to what was out there. However I found something this month that will cut costs by 30%. How do I go about finding someone to sublease my place?

Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??
