I am doctor. Someone who is not even my patient left a terrible review. I have never heard of this person. He leaves a review that is personally attacking me.

I believe it’s instigated by doctor that was fired from our practice recently. (Just a thought, speculation on my part)

I found the person who left the fake review

I reported it to google.

Any suggestions on how to handle this.

From my knowledge, that is all you can really do. Find it and report it if you believe it to be false. That is why I always say to take these reviews with a grain of salt to people, can be some great insight and information, but you never know who is being truthful or what else is going on behind the scenes.

Ask your medical affairs attorney to review the matter.
If this is slanderous proceed with action. Ask for about $1 million plus costs.

Yes, that happened to me after I left a very toxic clinic. I found some untrue reviews online saying I was “aggressive “ toward a patient (?), another one stated I diagnosed them wrong and just wanted to “give them pills “. This is how I knew it wasn’t me because I am the complete opposite. I reported it to see if jt could be removed. They did. You can remove I think 1 a year , at least back in 2013 you could, I quit looking at my reviews now. I believe it though. Some people think that is how they are going to get you.

You're probably a very nice person so you're just a pushover for these kinds of bullies.
Get a medical affairs attorney, stand up for yourself and sue this bully.
It's a tough world out there. Get smart get tough or you'll be crushed sooner or later by these people.

If they are a physician or other professional, report it to their licensing board. That is one of the few things that gets their attention. Also, if possible talk to an attorney on grounds of libel.

Any working mothers in here who loves the company they’re working for? I am thinking about switching firms and need some honest thoughts on companies that doesn’t only say, but actually practice flexibility for work life balance and offers good $$$.

I am a high performer at my current firm but they started questioning working arrangements of folks based on the new members who are huge in-office folks, fast turnover within the team, etc. This wasn’t an issue when I first joined.
