I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I need more insight. I just got done with my on-site interview (flew 1,000 miles) they paid for everything. I had interviews with the director, CNO, and fellow managers. The CNO was fourth coming with all information and said they would develop me to reach my career goals. The managers were telling me the good school districts etc. and we’re agreeing with my answers during the interview. I’m probably going to end up over analyzing everything until I hear back. Any thoughts?

I had attended tcs interview on Aug 18 and last week ly got call from HR .she discussed about salary and other things and said she hv to get approval also I will be getting call from bgv team.
But till now I didn't received any call from hr . I tried to call her but she didn't picked up my call .

Got an offer of CTC: 40 LPA (35 Fixed + 5L Signing bonus). YOE: 9.5 (Frontend Developer - Angular), CCTC: 24 LPA. Is this aligned to the current market standard? Company has NP of 3 months. Would that be a problem in next switch? Any comment would be highly appreciated.
