I am done with 2 rounds of interview, first technical and second hiring manager and I was told that I will have to appear for third round (project round) where EPAM project guys will take my interview however it’s been a week I have not heard anything. Also HR is not responding. Is it normal in EPM India ?

How often does Accenture Strategy use Python during projects? Is it worth taking courses before joining?

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Hi.. i was offered A2 level, 19LPA for 4.8 yoe & cloud devops tech stack.
If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.
