Look for outside opportunities without any doubt. You wouldn’t know what will be the impact of this rating. If you get laid off then no worries you’re already trying for other opportunities else if you get any other opportunities in between no worries again, you’ll have multiple options available. Either choose Citi again or outside opportunity, it’ll be win-win situation always.

I am hearing count of people who received rating 4 is much higher this year as compared to last year. But it's really difficult to comment what will be impact as of now. (I assume there will be no hike and bonus for rating 4 this year)

Anybody have experience with adjournment requests in the 1st Dept App Division? We have a respondent’s brief due a week from Wednesday. This past we submitted an application for adjournment. I’ve convinced my partner that we have good cause (record issues that need a motion to resolve) but now I’m starting to get worried. Are adjournments usually granted?
